FAQs Wedding Photography (York and the UK)
WHAT’S MY APPROACH?
I am there to document real moments. I let the day unfold and try to dart about the place like a photography ninja. I work hard. None stop. There’s no time limit on your day and you’ll be insisting that I leave.
During your couple portraits, I give simple direction to try and relax you, in order to create natural moments between you. We look for interesting places with nice light away from the hustle-and-bustle, it gives you time to breathe, soak in how amazing your day actually see each other before the day is over.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
You receive as many images as I feel make the cut, edited in my own style, in high resolution with no crappy watermark. You can view and download these pictures easily, print in any way you like and share with family and friends. You also receive a nicely presented USB and a few images in an awesomely presented box as a keepsake.
DO I NEED A LIST OF PICTURES TO TAKE?
Nope! We aim to meet few weeks before your wedding where we discuss the day. I can offer recommendations about what people tend to do. I like to keep the list small as let’s be honest… formal setups can be a bit boring but I understand these are important. The slightly older generation will never let you live it down if you don’t! Plus, it’s a great way to document peoples hair and waistlines 😉
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable to own the date.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
I hope you’re pleasantly surprised by my pricing and now you want to go ahead and secure the date. All you need to do is send me a quick email with some details of your day, we’ll normally have a quick chat over the phone or a coffee and then the rest should be history. After paying the tiny deposit you’ll be done! A ‘boring’ contract will follow a few weeks later and we’ll work towards meeting up before the big day! Simple.
